I recently traveled overseas. I advised the bank in advance and they said i was good to go. when i traveled my card was rejected. I was forced to use another card and pay cash advance fees to get cash. When I returned home, citizen’s business bank said sorry we forgot to save your request. They would not reimburse me for my cash advance fees incurred due to their negligence.
This it not the first problem I have had. I only bank with them because I own stock in the Bank. I am now moving my accounts.
