The recent software conversion at Boiling Springs Savings Bank has left many customers long on problems and short on answers. The loan services department seems to be baffled by the learning curve connected to the new online platform. This wouldn’t be problematic if it weren’t for the personal savings and mortgage accounts that continue to be in a state of disarray. It’s hard to imagine how a bank can remain a viable business entity without a nucleus of trust.
