We orginally opened our account with a local bank, Sterling Savings.  Umpqua bought out our bank a little over a year ago and I am happy to finally say as of this week they will no longer be our bank. Terrible customer service and hours.  Never open after 5 or even occasional Saturday mornings for those who work full time jobs. Tries to pretend to be local bank but acts just like and other major bank with fees. Made cash deposits in ATM but they would conveniently hold the cash until next business day so they could return items and charge us tons in fees – even though cash is sitting in their bank from me. Don’t waste your time or money with this bank!
