I have had nothing but problems with RSI bank from the start.  The person who opened my account gave me bad or incorrect information and failed to submit my New Account paperwork for almost a week.

To add insult to injury, I am getting sassed.  I don’t need to be condescended to by people who can’t do the simplest job.  Their locations and hours are good but the hassle and wasted time (and attitude!) is starting to tip the balance against them.  I am seriously looking to change banks!
