When I first opened my business I used M&T Bank based on multiple recommendations. My experience with them was very poor leading to switching banks. Their online tools are very cumbersome and not user friendly. I was constantly working with customer service to resolve account issues. Although their service was great, the online banking issues were too much for me.

We have always had good experiences with our bank. I like that the branches and ATM’s are close to my home. They just redid their Mobile App and Online banking and it is much easier to use.
