Will stay with Chase because their app is awesome. Super easy to use and they’re continually improving it. I can do everything I need on my tablet or phone. Few branches in my area but I don’t use branches much at all. The website is pretty typical for a bank (looks a little 90s…). When I’ve talked to the customer service people, they’ve always been helpful and solved my issues. I’m a happy customer.
