Terrible service, bad attitudes

Since BBT bought out Susquehanna Bank, it’s been all downhill. I was perfectly happy with Susquehanna, but when it became BBT they closed the branch closest to me, and since then, I had been sorely disappointed in their service. At one point, the ATM machine was broken for nearly 3 weeks. Presently, one of the drive-thru lines for full-service banking has been out of commission for a couple weeks. Could they put up a sign or a cordon telling you as much? No. Apparently, they prefer to have people pull in to the out of order kiosk, then make them back out again. I’m switching banks as soon as I can reroute all my auto deposits and auto pays.

Lobby service is horrible at the plaza location, Athens, Tn., Out of the last 4 visits our wait time was 20 to 30 minutes. The sad part is….the lines were short. If you have to use this location GO through the drive through….they were fast and efficient…maybe they should train the lobby workers…just a thought.
