Decent bank for small towners

They claim not to charge a monthly fee if you have a 100 dollars or more in your account but they charged me the fee for the first month and I had to spend time dealing with them to get this fixed when I shouldn’t have had to in the first place… the staff in the Chillicothe Illinois office especially the loan officer isn’t very friendly or personable
