BOA set up auto pay to pay the minimum of $25 for my credit card payment each month. I set auto pay to pay the full amount due each month. Nevertheless, BOA persisted to pay only $25, which enables them to collect interest on the balance.
I called twice to get help in resolving this problem. During the first call I was transferred twice and finally I hung up after 30 minutes on hold. I called again 2 days later, using the direct number for the department that I was told could help me. After a long wait Some answered who transferred me yet again. I was on hold 50 minutes when my call was dropped. Could it get any worse?

I’m a platinum preferred customer. I waited on hold for 40 minutes and never spoke with a customer service rep. Automated answering service is terrible No branches within 100 miles Cinncy area and only 1 ATM. If you like dealing with AI and using an app, BOA is the place. If you like personal service, suggest you look elsewhere

I am very satisfied with Bank of America for my personal banking needs. The service is convenient and effective. The opportunities to avoid service fees are easily achievable. I have 4 different accounts with Bank of America

Although Bank of America is all over the place and has good online banking, their excessive fees and poor customer service made me go to another bank. Fees for everything and can never get a live person to speak with.
