Lot's of branches, nice people but poorly trained

I live in the Green Bay area and have banked here for many years. The branches are in convenient locations and there seems to be enough of them. I do find that the employees are not able to answer questions very well. It seems that I get different answers from different people. Very frustrating. Generally though, they’ve been good to work with. I pay my bills through them and that works well but I don’t use any Mobile Apps.
