With Amazon’s “Prime Day” today, we thought we would share this article from Reuters with you. What can you do if your Prime shipment is late? Contact Amazon to complain and there are several ways they will try to make it better, including extending your Prime membership for a month for free.

“Most people don’t even know they can get some redress for late delivery,” said Benjamin K. Glaser, DealNews’ features editor. “They aren’t even aware there is an official policy offering refunds.”

We heard about this months ago from a family member who has extended his membership several times. It really works. So the next time your Amazon Prime delivery arrives later than promised, give Amazon a call.
