HSBC seems to be moving in the right direction for Personal Banking

It seems like HSBC has been really trying to catch up with other banks when it comes to technology and accessibility of banking. Their new mobile app is still pretty basic, but very helpful. I’m so glad I can finally deposit checks with my phone. They still need to do more, but from following the news, they are streamlining their efforts and investing major $ to improve things for customers. Looking forward to seeing what comes next. When I traveled on business outside of the country, it was SO helpful having an HSBC account. They seem to really understand international needs way better than other US banks. They’ve also had some great savings rates lately that are better than their competition.

HSBC is good for big business but not for personal banking.
